Ms. Amanda Naranjo ’14

LuHi Role: Administrator in the Summer Programs Office, joined the LuHi staff in June 2021

Education: Marist College (2018) Cum Laude; Grand Canyon University (2021)

Other professional experience: I taught Special Education at the Preschool level for two years

What I love about my role: I love being able to come to LuHi everyday and see former classmates in new roles, former teachers and faculty as friends, and the support and friendship I have found specifically in the Summer Programs office

Hobbies: hiking, exploring new places, bonding with family and friends, learning about new cultures, finding new music

Family: I have a brother, mom and dad in my immediate family. My brother is two years younger than me and works and lives in Arlington, Virginia

What I love about LuHi: There is a certain standard everyone is held to in the building. It is not often mentioned but is felt by the hard work conducted by each colleague in various departments. People I have known for years or just met are all friendly, and there is certainly never a dull moment. God is seemingly present in each person here at LuHi through all of the talents, abilities, struggles and lessons we learn individually and together.
