Brass Ensemble Program

This program is an excellent resource for young brass players interested in exploring a more in-depth experience of their musical development. These small brass ensembles traditionally perform without a conductor. By learning to play in a group smaller than the full band they have experienced in school, students will learn how to lead their group, follow a leader and begin making musical decisions as a team. They will also learn to recognize the group’s intonation and how to make adjustments for the other players.
