LuHi Experience Continues Virtually During Coronavirus Pandemic

Due to growing concerns over the spread of COVID-19, LuHi closed its campus and began online learning on Monday, March 16 just ahead of New York State’s mandated school closure.
In keeping with the core values of our school - Christian Love, Family, Community, and Excellence - LuHi was prepared for online learning to begin and is dedicated to keeping our community connected while physically apart.

Led by Principal Jessica Raba, students and faculty are fully immersed in online learning using such technology as Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom as well as our own learning management system. The staff also continues to work from home at this time.

At LuHi, we understand the importance of our unique school community and keep our student body, faculty, and staff connected with a daily message from our principal with devotion, weekly virtual Chapel services, academic, social, and emotional support from the Guidance Department for students and parents, and even a virtual spirit week commencing March 30. Our administrative team continues to reach out to parents and families with wellness calls and opportunities for parents to connect with the school community are also on the calendar.

We pray that you, your family, and your loved ones are staying healthy and safe at this time as well. For more information about LuHi’s online learning plan and resources as well as helpful tips visit the
Online Learning at LuHi page.
