Community is at the heart of the LuHi experience. As a community we work together to bring out the best in each other and to ensure that all voices are heard and supported.
We teach students how to acquire, connect, and apply knowledge to solve complex and interesting problems. Our students graduate not just having learned, but knowing how to learn.
Opportunities for Christian service are provided both in and out of the classroom that actively engage students in the spirit of giving and help foster lifelong service to the community.
LuHi students grow and learn in a Christ-centered environment where they are recognized and valued as unique children of God.
Long Island Lutheran Middle & High School is a Christ-centered, college-preparatory school whose mission is to glorify God by educating young people in body, mind, and spirit.
