10th Grade Retreat to Frost Valley: Building Trust, Resilience, and Connection

The Class of 2028 embarked on an unforgettable adventure during their three-day, two-night 10th-grade retreat to Frost Valley! This retreat was designed to challenge students, foster collaboration, and encourage personal growth through a variety of engaging activities.

Over the course of the retreat, students participated in ropes courses that tested their courage and determination, as well as team-building exercises that emphasized communication, trust, and problem-solving. These experiences pushed students out of their comfort zones and encouraged them to rely on one another, strengthening the bonds within the class.

In addition to these group challenges, students had dedicated time for personal reflection, allowing them to consider their own growth and set goals for the year ahead. By balancing teamwork with self-reflection, the retreat provided a holistic experience that nurtured both individual and collective development.

The 10th grade retreat at Frost Valley was more than just an outdoor adventure—it was an opportunity for students to build resilience, deepen friendships, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
