A Joyful Return: Back to School Kick-Off at LuHi
On September 2nd, the LuHi community came together to celebrate the official start of the 2025–2026 school year! Students, families, faculty, and staff gathered for Opening Worship, a beloved tradition that sets the tone for the year ahead.
Led by Pastor Schoepflin, Opening Worship centered around this year’s spiritual theme: “Transformed” (Romans 12:2-8). Students were encouraged to embrace the ways God shapes and guides them as they grow in faith, knowledge, and character.
After Worship, the celebration continued with a Preparation Fair, where students were able to get set for the year. From receiving their Chromebooks and textbooks to picking up their lockers, locks, and uniform resale items, students left ready and equipped for the first day of classes.
The evening was filled with excitement, anticipation, and community spirit as we welcomed both returning students and those beginning their LuHi journey. We are grateful for the opportunity to gather as one community to launch a new year of growth, learning, and transformation!
