Rising Star: Abigail ’29 Shines on the Cross Country Course

LuHi’s Cross Country program has a new name to take note of — Abigail Clue. A freshman phenom, Abigail has already made her presence felt both locally and nationally. A five-time All-American in the youth division and a nationally ranked runner, she entered her ninth-grade season with an impressive resume and an even brighter future.

Earlier this year, Abigail was a sponsored invitee at the Brooks Invitational in Seattle, Washington — a prestigious honor reserved for the nation’s elite young runners. She’s continued that momentum this fall, placing first in both PSAA meets to start her LuHi career in dominant fashion.

“Abigail is a program changer,” said Head Coach Sean Phillips. Abigail’s work ethic and competitive spirit are helping to elevate the visibility of LuHi’s growing Cross Country and Track & Field programs, and there’s no doubt she’ll be a cornerstone of their success for years to come.
