Welcoming New Students to LuHi for the 2025-26 School Year!
On September 3, LuHi joyfully welcomed all new students to campus for New Student Day, a tradition designed to help every student feel at home as they begin their LuHi journey.
Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to:
- Get familiar with the campus and their classrooms.
- Meet their Guidance Counselors, who will walk alongside them throughout their academic journey.
- Receive their class schedules and begin planning for the year ahead.
- Connect with their HART Members – current LuHi students dedicated to helping new students transition smoothly into school life.
The HART program ensures that every new student has a trusted peer they can turn to for guidance, encouragement, and support. From finding classrooms to navigating the first week of school, HART members play an important role in making sure new students feel welcomed and confident.
The day was filled with excitement, smiles, and the beginning of new friendships. We are so grateful to our faculty, staff, and student leaders for creating a warm and supportive environment where every student can thrive. We can’t wait to see all that our new students will accomplish this year – welcome to the LuHi family!
