Each fall, the LuHi community comes together to create a spectacular evening at the Bid-for-Kids Auction Gala. With the help of dedicated volunteers, auction chairs, and generous donors, the event transports attendees to unique themes and settings, offering an unforgettable experience. Guests enjoy the chance to bid on exciting prize packages through a silent auction, ticket auction, specialty raffles, and an exhilarating live auction.

This cherished tradition is LuHi’s largest fundraiser of the year and supports programs and campus enhancements that directly benefit our students.

The 2024 Bid-for-Kids XL Auction Gala: Reach for the Stars was held at the Jericho Terrace in Mineola on Friday, November 15. We are immensely grateful for the generosity of our donors, sponsors, Auction Chairs, Donielle Welti, Eleanor McKay, and Theresa Ross, and bidders who helped make this event a tremendous success.
