Celebrating Our School Counselors: National School Counseling Week

National School Counseling Week is a time to recognize the important role school counselors play in the lives of students—and at LuHi, we are especially grateful for ours.

Our counselors do far more than help students choose classes or plan for what comes after graduation. They are advocates, guides, and steady supports during some of the most formative years of a student’s life. Whether helping a student navigate academic challenges, manage stress, explore college and career options, or work through personal concerns, our counselors meet students where they are and walk alongside them with care and professionalism.

At LuHi, counseling is an essential part of educating the whole student—mind, body, and spirit. Our counselors collaborate closely with families, teachers, and administrators to ensure each student feels known, supported, and equipped to thrive.

We are deeply thankful for the compassion, dedication, and quiet leadership our counselors bring to our campus each day. During National School Counseling Week and throughout the year, we celebrate the impact they make on our students and our community.

Thank you for all you do—for listening, guiding, encouraging, and believing in our students.
