LuHi Role: Assistant Principal of Academics, joined the LuHi faculty in 1996. Past LuHi experience includes Sixth Grade Math and Science Teacher (22 Years); Seventh Grade English teacher (3 years); Data Dean (7 years); MS Principal (4 years)

Education: Molloy College (1992), MA Education/Communication Arts double major; Molloy College (2003), MS Education NYS Permanent Teacher Certification awarded (Kappa Delta Pi)

What I love about my role: Taking my career from classroom teacher to administration has been a rewarding experience. Working with families, students, and teachers to make the most out of the LuHi experience for all and supporting everyone in the process is my ultimate professional goal each day.

Family: Married for 27 years with three boys ranging in age from 15-22.

What I love about LuHi: Working at LuHi enables me to be a resource for families and students as they navigate the middle and high school years. Our core values are the backbone of my educational philosophy and personal beliefs, and it is a gift to be able to incorporate these into my professional life.
