Kiyan Anthony Commits to Syracuse: A Continued Legacy

We are thrilled to share that Kiyan Anthony, a standout basketball player from LuHi, has committed to Syracuse University to continue his athletic career at the next level. Known for his skill, dedication, and leadership on the court, Kiyan has quickly established himself as a rising star in high school basketball. His commitment to Syracuse marks an exciting new chapter in his journey.

While Kiyan’s decision to join the Syracuse basketball program is a significant step for his future, it also connects him to his family’s proud legacy. His father, NBA legend Carmelo Anthony, also attended Syracuse, where he led the team to a national championship in 2003. Though Kiyan is creating his own path, the connection to the Orange runs deep, and he is proud to continue the tradition his father helped build.

While his family has always been a source of support, it is his own passion and perseverance that have shaped him into the player he is today. With the guidance of his coaches, teammates, and family, Kiyan is ready to bring his talent to Syracuse, build his own legacy, and honor the foundation his father established at the university.

Congratulations to Kiyan and the entire Anthony family! We can’t wait to see Kiyan’s continued success as he makes his mark on the college basketball scene.
