Below are plans for LuHi’s Academic Village! This learning space will serve as the main area of academic study for the 2023-2024 school year, as we completely renovate our existing two-story classroom building. The Academic Village will include bright, flexible, temperature-controlled classrooms, complete with all relevant technology to engage students in deep study and exploration. It will be located on the “Middle Courts”, located to the left of the main drive up the hill. Our temporary village includes plans for 19 modular classrooms, restrooms, a faculty lounge, outdoor tables for community building, and clear signage for wayfinding. The area will have administrative and security presence throughout the school day. Pedestrian access to the Academic Village will be from the sidewalk down the main drive and all passing times will be well-supervised.
