A New School Year Begins at LuHi
On Tuesday, September 8, the LuHi campus came alive as students, faculty, and staff gathered for the first day of the 2026–27 school year.
From reconnecting with friends and meeting new classmates to settling into new schedules and classrooms, the day was filled with the energy and excitement that comes with a fresh start. Most importantly, it marked the beginning of another year of learning, growing, and living in community together.
This year, our school theme is ASCEND, inspired by 2 Peter 1:3–11. Throughout the year, we’ll challenge our students to continue growing in faith, goodness, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, mutual affection, and love, qualities that help prepare them to lead and serve both at LuHi and beyond.
The first day was just the beginning. We’re excited to see where this year takes us as, together, we ASCEND.
